Preset group · Numbers of creation

Numbers of creation. Each number, repeated.

Many traditions read more than a quantity in numbers. The Pythagoreans saw the origin in one and polarity in two; modern numerology gives each digit a character. Today a lot of people notice repeated times, 11:11 or 3:33, and call them angel numbers, an idea Doreen Virtue and Lynnette Brown popularized in 2004.

This group takes that habit of noticing the repeated number and turns it into sound: from one, unity, to nine, completion, plus eleven.

01How it's madeNumbers of creation

The formulas and the figures in the code.

There's a single formula: frequency = 111 · n. 1 plays at 111 Hz, 2 at 222 Hz, 3 at 333 Hz, and so on up to 9, at 999 Hz. 11 plays at 1221 Hz. That's 10 presets, pure tones with no ratio and no layer.

That's why you hear the number repeated in the frequency itself: 444, 555, 777, 888.

02The presetsNumbers of creation

One line per preset.

Tab. 01 · Plate figure calculated by the app's core (cym.core.js) for each frequency: a square plate driven at the center, f = 5.5·(n² + m²) Hz. Two modes = the plate answers with both.

03What you seeNumbers of creation

The physical figure and the symbolic layer.

No layer: what you see is the plate as it is. 1 draws mode (4, 2) and 9, mode (12, 6). The higher the number, the higher the frequency and the finer the web of lines.

Before Phase A1 each number folded the figure into n parts with a kaleidoscope; not anymore. If you want to see it that way, the kaleidoscope is under Shape, labeled as chosen, not physical.

04QuestionsNumbers of creation

What people ask about this group.

Q1What are the numbers of creation?

A group of ten presets that turns each number into a frequency: the number times 111. From 1 (111 Hz) to 9 (999 Hz), plus 11 (1221 Hz).

Q2What are angel numbers?

It's the name today's spirituality gives to repeated numbers, like 111 or 444, seen as a sign. Doreen Virtue and Lynnette Brown popularized it in 2004. In Cymatica they're a way to listen to that number.

Q3Why 111?

Because then the number repeats in the frequency: 4 plays at 444 Hz and 8 at 888 Hz. It's Cymatica's symbolic choice, not a law of physics.
