2. Purpose

Cymatica is a web application and a software device for Ableton Live that display, in real time, visual patterns (cymatics) generated from sound frequencies. It includes a free version and paid plans described in the Terms of sale.

3. Terms of use

Accessing the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The user undertakes to make proper use of the Service, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent the technical limits of the free version by tampering with the client, the cookies or the requests sent to the server.

4. Intellectual property

The code, the design, the texts, the presets, the shader, the Cymatica.amxd device and the Cymatica trade mark belong to Braian Axel Barros Miranda or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without authorisation is prohibited, except as set out in the Terms for user generated content.

The names of the Solfeggio frequencies and of the geometries (Flower of Life, Metatron's Cube and so on) are public domain designations used descriptively.

5. Disclaimer

Braian Axel Barros Miranda does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service contrary to this notice or to the Terms. The Service depends on infrastructure providers (Vercel, Clerk, Stripe, Upstash, PostHog) whose availability is outside its control.

6. Notice on the nature of the Service

Cymatica is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional. The associations between frequencies and states (Forgiveness, Heart, Crown) belong to the Solfeggio tradition and are presented as intention, not as effect. It contains moving visual patterns: if you are photosensitive, turn on "Reduce motion" or do not use it. Listen at low volume.

The site may contain links to third parties (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Ableton). Braian Axel Barros Miranda is not responsible for their content or their policies.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
